Congratulations to City High's new Model UN team for attending their first learning conference at Riverview High School in Oakmont on Monday, October 12th!

The club was started by a group of interested students in 10th and 11th grade at the beginning of this year with help from club sponsor Ms. Salvadeo. The students who attended roleplayed as United Nations delegates representing Mexico and Japan. They researched in advance to discuss and debate with other schools about world health, plastic waste management, women's rights in conflict zones, and more.

The students will have their first competitive conference in January at Duquesne University.
