Our Community

Making its Mark on Pittsburgh

City Charter High School was developed from the ground up in 2002 with input from the downtown business community on educating our future workforce. We took a fresh look at high school and developed something totally unique that has proven successful.

Our students get a technology-infused, college- and career-focused education and leave academically, technologically, personally and socially prepared to succeed in the modern world.

That’s a tall order – one we couldn’t achieve alone – without community support.

Students in the Spotlight

It could be said that Robotics is where engineering and technology collide. So, it’s no wonder that self-described “STEM guy” Ajani Mohanty decided to take a closer look at a career in robotics during his 13-week City High internship.
