Three City High seniors who are focusing their graduation projects on youth homelessness had the opportunity to attend a demonstration and press conference this morning at the City-County Building.

Here, they got to learn more about the direct efforts of the Homeless Children's Education Fund to support youth in Pittsburgh that are struggling with homelessness. They also got to hear remarks from Mayor O'Connor and Rep. Summer Lee about what they are doing at the local and state level to combat youth homelessness in Allegheny County.

Students also got to speak with many HCEF staff members at the event, including CEO, AJ Jefferson.
