The Carnegie Hero Fund Commission has named City High CEO Dr. Dara Ware Allen to its board. The Carnegie Hero Fund Commission recognizes and supports those who perform acts of heroism in civilian life in the United States and Canada.  According to Eric Zahren, the Hero Fund’s president and chair, both Dr. Allen and the other new Board member Duane Holloway “are strong leaders in their fields, and we are excited to have their perspectives on our board.
