City High Alumni Larry Hailsham joins Gov. Shapiro’s administration. A City High graduate from the Class of 2011, Hailsham was tapped by Gov. Shapiro to be his Executive Deputy Chief of Staff.  Previous to this position, Hailsham served as Political Director for the Shapiro for Pennsylvania campaign and Government Affairs Manager for the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce.  Hailsham has also served as a past City High Board Member.  Hailsham earned his BA in Political Science and a minor in Communication Arts from Allegheny College.
