I teach all of the music electives at City High, which range from music history, to piano, to guitar. I also direct the City High Chorus, which performs each year at our graduation ceremony. I serve as a staff advisor for the Class of 2028 and I am the music director for our Spring Musical!
What initially drew you to City High?
I knew of City High because I am very good friends with the son of Ms. Copeland, our Learning Hub Senior Manager and veteran City High teacher. When I saw that there was an opening for a music teacher here, I spoke with her and was excited at the possibility of this challenging and rewarding opportunity.
What do you love most about working at City High?
I love working at City High because of our students. I am often inspired by their range of talents and skills, as well as their adaptability and resilience.
