City High is IN SESSION for all students on Tues. 9/1.

City High is air conditioned and will be in session.  We follow our own schedule and want to make sure everyone is aware that there is no disruption to our in-person schedule despite virtual learning at some public schools.

City High hosts the PA Coalition of Public Charter Schools for virtual press conference about charter reform budget proposal
On Febrauary 26, 2021, City High hosted the PA Coalition of Public Charter Schools press conference to highlight the value of PA's public charter schools.
Participants included charter leaders, charter parent and state representatives who joined PACPS CEO Lenny McAllister for the virtual event. The participants include:
  • Dr. Stacy Gill-Phillips, CEO of the West Philadelphia Achievement Charter Elementary School;
  • Crystal Porter, a Mastery Charter School parent from Philadelphia;
  • Rep. Josh Kail, a republican serving PA’s 15th Legislative District;
  • Dr. Rich Jensen, CEO of Agora Cyber Charter School; and 
  • Dr. Dara Ware Allen, CEO of City Charter High School.
