Title I funding is used for areas such as:
In addition to these funds, City High also receives funding for Title II (Teacher and Principal Training & Recruiting) and Title IV (Student Support and Academic Enrichment) in addition to ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) funding due to the pandemic. As we prepare for the upcoming school year and the allocation of these funds, we would like for our school-wide plan to be jointly developed by parents, teachers, and administration. Therefore, we are inviting you to a school-wide parental involvement meeting on Monday, June 3rd if you are interested in learning more about our federal programs and funding and would like to have input into the policies and plans. The meeting will start at 2:00 p.m. and will be in person. If you are interested and able to attend, please email Cristine Watson-Smith, our Reading Specialist, at watson-smith@cityhigh.org. We hope you are able to join us! |
